1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 878bd website located at https://878bd.io (the "Platform"), or by registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. 878bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 878bd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the criteria set out below:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 878bd enforces a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to individuals below this age threshold.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering on behalf of a third party.
• You do not hold any existing 878bd account that has been suspended or permanently closed by 878bd for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 878bd or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

Age Verification Process

878bd requires all users to verify their identity before any withdrawal is processed. Verification typically requires submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership where applicable. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state.

If 878bd has reason to believe that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any deposits made during the suspension period will be returned to the original payment method after deducting applicable processing costs. Any bonus funds or winnings accumulated by an underage user will be voided in their entirety.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration

To access the full range of 878bd services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the 878bd Platform. 878bd employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All accounts beyond the first registered account will be closed without prior notice.
• Any bonus funds held within duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Winnings accumulated on duplicate accounts may be voided at 878bd's sole discretion.
• In cases of confirmed intentional fraud, the primary account may also be suspended.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 878bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 878bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits & Account Funding

878bd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits are processed in real time subject to payment provider availability.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 878bd, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. You are responsible for checking any such limits with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

Deposit Processing

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 878bd account instantly in the majority of cases.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be confirmed and credited, depending on the processing time of the originating bank.
• 878bd does not charge a deposit fee. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

Currency

All account balances, bet settlements, bonus amounts, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 878bd does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing from international payment methods may be subject to currency conversion at the rate applied by their payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders at any time via the cashier section of the 878bd Platform. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (NID and proof of payment method) before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by 878bd support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verified withdrawals submitted during support hours (09:00–22:00 BST, UTC+6) are processed within 2 to 6 hours.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of support hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity.
• 878bd does not charge an internal withdrawal fee for standard transactions. Payment provider fees, if any, remain the responsibility of the user.

Withdrawal Holds

878bd reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending additional verification or a security review. This may occur when: the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to deposit history; the account has recently changed contact details; or automated systems have flagged unusual betting patterns. 878bd will communicate the reason for any hold and the expected resolution timeframe to the affected user within 24 hours of the hold being applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

878bd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and other periodic promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable. To convert bonus funds into real (withdrawable) funds, you must meet the stated wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only.
• Players who have previously held an 878bd account under a different username or email are not eligible for new-player bonuses.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms of a specific offer.
• 878bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through methods including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, coordinated betting across accounts, placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed returns, or any other strategy that 878bd determines constitutes abuse of its promotional system — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, voiding of any associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 878bd Platform are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for the sport and market in question.

Bet Acceptance

878bd reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical or human error. In cases where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension or withdrawal at any point. Bets accepted before an in-play suspension will stand; bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected. 878bd is not responsible for delays in odds updates caused by data feed issues or internet connectivity problems on the user's end.

Match Abandonment & Postponement

• If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, 878bd follows standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes for settlement purposes where applicable.
• For BPL and T20 international matches, 878bd adheres to the official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC).

Maximum Payout

878bd applies a maximum single-event payout limit. Current limits are published in the cashier section and vary by sport and market type. Bets placed within the stated limits will always be honoured. Winnings that would exceed the maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

8 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the 878bd Platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, video slots, crash games, and instant win titles — are governed by the following general rules in addition to the individual game rules supplied by the relevant game provider.

Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, PG Soft, Habanero, and others. These RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any prior results, bet size, or account history.

Live Casino

Disconnection Policy

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 878bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits. Using false identity documents during the verification process.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of disguising, transferring, or converting funds derived from illegal activity. 878bd complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or matched betting across related accounts.

• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choice (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 878bd, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were in place.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 878bd's reasonable control (including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters).
• Errors in odds or game outcomes subsequently identified as resulting from a data feed malfunction, provided that the affected bets have been voided and stakes returned.

Nothing in these Terms limits 878bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 878bd's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

Termination by 878bd

878bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring closure of the account.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Termination by the User

You may close your 878bd account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] from your registered email address. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled at the applicable odds and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 878bd may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳50 to inactive accounts with a positive balance, up to the total balance amount. Users will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

14 Amendments to These Terms

878bd reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes affecting withdrawal rights, bonus conditions, or eligibility criteria — 878bd will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via email to the registered account address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing language, or updates to contact details) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect each revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 878bd operates.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and 878bd, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly. The majority of disputes relating to bet settlement, payment processing, or bonus application can be resolved at this stage within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter will be escalated to 878bd's dedicated disputes resolution team, who will conduct a formal review within 14 business days and issue a written decision. This decision will be final and binding for disputes involving amounts below ৳50,000. For disputes involving larger amounts, you retain the right to seek independent resolution through applicable legal channels.
